I am a descendent of a Polish/Italian/American family.  By today’s standards I came from a large family with two brothers and three sisters, with Mom and Dad it made 8 of us. I have an Italian grandmother and Polish grandmother who were always teaching me something in the kitchen.  I can remember going to Grandma Puzio/Friney’s house and the aroma of her cooking would hit you before you opened the door. At Grandma Yannucci’s house you could smell the spices oregano, basil, parsley and of course garlic. 

I love trying recipes whether it is a new meal or trying a new hearty soup in the winter months. My all-time favorite is trying new desserts.

We created a Barbie bridal cake for a bridal shower the cake included snowflakes and small burgundy and pink roses. The client was thrilled how beautiful it was. 

Another client had a party before they attended the Rolling Stones Concert. The cookies and cake had the Rolling Stones logo sprayed on each of them. The guest’s loved their cookies. 

I can make the typical birthday cake, but I just love letting my 
imagination flow by creating something exceptional for you and your guests to remember.
